What to include
- the email address you signed up with;
- what you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot if it is visual, and roughly when it happened;
- for a payment question, the Razorpay payment id from your receipt.
How fast we reply
Honestly: usually within a few days, sometimes within hours. We are early, so please don't expect an instant reply, but every message reaches a person who can actually fix things, and we do not use auto-replies to close tickets.
