How Hirerizz works with you.

Hirerizz is an AI job-matching service for India, operated by an individual, Jatin Singhal, a sole proprietor based in India. In these terms, “we” and “Hirerizz” mean that business, and “you” means the person using the service.

You upload a resume. We read it into a structured profile, match it against job listings we have collected from publicly available sources into a shared cache, and show you the roles that fit, with a match score, the gaps, and coaching. Paid plans add generated cover letters and resume tailoring; follow-up drafts and interview prep come with Pro.

We are not an employer, a recruiter, a consultancy or an agent. We do not apply to jobs for you, we do not contact employers on your behalf, and we cannot promise you a job, an interview, a reply or any particular outcome. Every application is yours to make, on the employer's own site.

• Give accurate information, and keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to work in the roles you apply for (18+, or the age of majority where you live).
• One account per person. Don't share an account to pool plan limits.
• You can stop using Hirerizz and delete your account at any time. See the Privacy page for what deletion does.

Use Hirerizz as one person looking for work. Do not:

• scrape, crawl, bulk-download or resell the job data, match scores or coaching;
• use bots or automated tools to access the service, or try to get around plan limits, caps or security;
• upload someone else's resume, or pretend to be another person or company;
• break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or use the service to harass or spam employers;
• resell access to Hirerizz, or present our output as your own service.

We may suspend or close an account that does any of this, and where a plan is affected, these terms take precedence over any expectation of a refund.

Hirerizz offers a 7-day free trial and paid plans. Paid access is sold as a subscription that renews automatically: it is billed every month or every quarter — whichever plan you choose — and it continues until you cancel it.

When you subscribe you authorise a recurring payment through Razorpay, our payment processor. Razorpay holds the payment method you authorise at signup (a card, or UPI Autopay) and charges it automatically at the start of each new period, without you having to do anything. Because these are recurring payments, Razorpay and your bank send the pre-debit notifications Indian regulations require before each charge, and your bank or UPI app lets you view and cancel the mandate from their side at any time.

Prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian Rupees, all-in — nothing is added at checkout — and the amount charged each period is the price of the plan you chose.

You can cancel at any time from Settings: cancelling stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds, cancellation and what happens when a plan ends are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any taxes or invoicing obligations that apply to your subscription are handled in accordance with Indian law.

Listings come from public sources; the posting belongs to the employer or the board that published it, not to us. We link you to the original posting so you can apply there. We do not control those sites, their availability or their accuracy.

Listings can close, change or already be filled by the time you see them. We show you freshness signals where we have them and we don't pretend to know more than we do, but we cannot guarantee that any listing is still open.

Coaching, cover letters, tailored resumes, interview preparation and follow-up drafts are generated by AI from your own resume and the real job posting. We instruct the model never to invent experience, and the output is yours to review, but generated text can still be imperfect, incomplete or wrong about the role.

Read anything before you send it. You are responsible for what you submit to an employer.

Your resume, your profile and everything you upload stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them for one purpose: running the service for you (matching, scoring, coaching and the paid writing features). What we hold and how to delete it is described on the Privacy page.

The Hirerizz product itself, the site, its design, the matching engine and the code, belongs to us. These terms don't give you any right to it beyond using the service as intended.

This is an early product, and we change it often: features may be added, altered or withdrawn, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because a third party we depend on is down. We do not offer an uptime guarantee.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page; continuing to use Hirerizz after that means you accept the updated terms.

You can stop using Hirerizz whenever you like and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms (for example, abuse, scraping, or an unresolved chargeback).

Hirerizz is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of listings or scores, and uninterrupted availability. We give you our honest best effort, not a guarantee.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, lost income or disappointed expectations about a job application, arising out of your use of Hirerizz.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose (which is ₹0 if you are not on a paid plan).

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
