Hirerizz is a digital service
Hirerizz is delivered entirely online. You use it in a web browser, inside your own account: your profile, your match scores, your coaching and the documents we generate for you all live there.
There is no physical product, no package and no courier. Nothing is shipped to you, there is no delivery address to give us, and we do not ask for one.
When access starts
Paid access is a subscription that unlocks the paid features while it is active — the same subscription described on the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Access begins in your account as soon as a payment succeeds. There is no dispatch, no waiting period and nothing to collect: once the payment is confirmed, the features are available in your account.
There are no delivery charges
No shipping, courier, handling or delivery charge is added at any point. The price of each plan is shown on the pricing page.
If access does not start after a successful payment
It should not happen, but if a payment has succeeded and the paid features are still not available in your account, email hello@hirerizz.com with the Razorpay payment id from your receipt and the email you signed up with. We will look into it and fix it.
If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged in error, the Refund & Cancellation Policy states exactly what we do and how the money comes back.
